Prep for the official 2.0.6 release. Adds the
## [2.0.6]CHANGELOG section (the release pipeline uses it verbatim as the GitHub release body) and moves the next-release template comment above it so the extractor reads[2.0.6]up to[2.0.0]with no dangling<!--.2.0.6 is a maintenance release on top of 2.0.0 — the six commits since the v2.0.0 tag (#107–#112):
