The Flatpak manifest was still using the previous Freedesktop runtime generation and an older Deno release. Its release workflow also downloaded an outdated yq version.
This updates the Freedesktop runtime, SDK, and Electron BaseApp to 26.08; updates Deno to 2.9.7 with the published SHA-256 digests for x86_64 and ARM64; and updates yq to 4.53.6. The CI container remains on 25.08 because a 26.08 image has not been published.
