totalSatsSentto all general fund projects (plus GrapheneOS and Bitcoin Design) and refreshes the existing nostr fund numbers. Also replaces the nativetitletooltip on the sats counter with a tap-to-open popover, so the disclaimer about the numbers is visible on mobile too.(?)tooltip with a popover explaining that numbers are cumulative past payouts, not balancesCloses OpenSats/content#23
