Update dashboard tree layout

This Pr:

• Updates the tree layout to change the location of the state icon of a multi-module parent project.
• Introduces a stopping state.
• Replaces the state icons with ones that are resemble more what they will be. This is a work in progress.
• Removes the old state icons.
• Does some cleanup.
• Adds Maven multi-module selection integration tests.
