The 0.10.13 section lists the same bug fix twice with the identical commit hash (9ca3a4a) — once with (#345) and once without:

* forward step_name through the _v1 Session.run_task wrapper ([`9ca3a4a`](...))
This looks like a changelog-generation artifact (a squashed/rebased commit surfacing under two message forms). Consider removing the duplicate so the release notes list each fix once.
Separately, the referenced commit 9ca3a4a is this PR's base SHA rather than a new commit in 0.10.13 — worth confirming the version bump is pointing at the intended change.
