Team Structure

Teams are initially read-only except for owners this allows us to assign members to an issue - with their permission of course

Why?

This way members use their own forks for developing and then submit pull requests this allows the build to be built and tested using AppVeyor before we accept the submission this is an effort to stop/mitigate the main repository from becoming broken.
