The newly added “two worktrees remain” paragraph reads contradictory with the immediately preceding “three worktrees remain” snapshot text unless the chronology is made explicit.

Pull request overview
Updates docs/roadmap.md to record a 2026-09-09 UTC consolidation checkpoint: minimum remaining worktrees, preservation of superseded v17 history, retirement of delivered remote branches, and a clear statement of remaining protected/credential gates (Issue #149 + protected conformance environment review).
Changes:
- Documented the post-cleanup “minimum checkout set” (primary + parked #86) and how v17’s exact tip/history were preserved while retiring its checkout.
- Recorded exact-tip remote branch retirement for delivered docs/CI PR branches (#148/#150/#151) and the remaining remote branches at the checkpoint.
- Captured current status of Issue #149 (credential still pending) and the protected
client-v1-conformancerun awaiting environment review.

Addressed in 320cf64: the three-worktree count and v17 checkout preservation now explicitly describe the earlier checkpoint, superseded by the later two-worktree checkpoint. Specification guards (50 tests) and diff checks pass.
Record the verified two-worktree state (primary plus parked #86), preservation of superseded v17 history, and exact-tip retirement of the delivered #148/#150/#151 remote branches. Document the landed #149 code repair and the distinct pending credential and protected-environment review requirements.
Validation: clean status and process-ownership checks before removal, complete-history bundle verification, retained v17 ref and absent checkout, changed-path equivalence to merge commits, fresh remote listing, 50 specification tests, and git diff --check. Recovery receipts are in the maintainer-held external recovery set. No release gate is claimed complete.
