Update the commit the nightly release it based off, rather than just checking against latest commit hash on main

Adds support for SWU deploy as moonraker update_manager backend.
Can be configured to use stable or dev channels (dev is the built-in name in moonraker although we use nightly elsewhere). Dev channel uses the git deploy api for showing number of commits behind head and a brief summary for each commit. Stable shows possible updates to later releases with a link to the release page on github using the net deploy interface.
Fluidd shows a notification for avaliable updates however mainsail doesn't (yet).
grumpyscreen does not use the update_manager api at all (yet).
Does not remove the legacy check_update klipper macro.
