- allow gcc 14 and 15 under linux - disable sdl2_image tests for the flatpak test run
- make better wildcard, so that only installable packages are found
did rebase of main on 8602033 and that conflicts with some changes here
- especially gcc reports many error with the new strict compiler flags

- use %a instead of %s in UEFI debug, as these are char8_t* strings and %s is char16_t* strings - fix some other things
- fix %a, it needs a cstr not a std::string as argument, but the DEBUG macro isn't checked as it is not a standard fprint implementation - fix some defines

- this correctly rebuilds the .efi and invokes the edk2 build script, when one of the source files changes, which is the case, if some library files are changed when developing and patching those
- use correct syntax and use it for correct target
- use the new C11 implementation of mutexes instead of the custom ones
