This needs likly some design changes

Where	What
schemas.py:313, :1154, :1203	creator_of_operation, messages and message_attachment never convert op_id to int on the server. It works because SQLite accepts the string.
schemas.py:468	upload_profile_image: the client sends user_id, but the server ignores it and uses the token's user
schemas.py:795	get_all_changes: named_version goes in the query string, op_id in the request body
schemas.py:958	StatusResponse.from_text() accepts non-JSON bodies, falling back to defaults (use_saml2=False, direct_login=True)
schemas.py:145	OperationInfo treats a missing active field as True, for servers older than 8.x
