A qualified full-stack developer should review, apply, and deploy all available and ready update codes to the production environment. Ensure compatibility, run all required tests, and document any changes.

Deferring updates or applying only critical patches, but a full update is preferred for system stability and security.
Additional context
Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to minimize downtime. Provide a changelog upon completion.
