Gravel was designed as a tool that allows users to quickly manipulate images in simple, often needed, ways from the command-line.
These span from converting an image's format to changing it to greyscale.
Feel free to download the logo and experiment with it using Gravel.
- apply {effect}: applies supported effects
- rotate {deg}: rotates image
- convert {frmt}: converts image to supported formats
- give {info}: displays supported information on the image
NOTE: As Gravel does not care about the order of argument and instruction and does not count paths as arguments or instructions, all of the following inputs are valid:
gravel img.png apply grayscale
gravel apply grayscale img.png
gravel grayscale apply img.png
NOTE: The first path in the arguments will be regarded as the path to the image by gravel. Gravel will see the second path as the destination path for saving the image. This will only be relevant when the "save" flag is used.
- version: prints gravel version
- save: saves modified image
- print: comments all instructions while modifying the image
- show: displays the image in a viewer
- cut-rotate: crops the image when rotating
