Keep the wells off a second limit, where the small cells make a control switch unstable: the LRAT injector runs at its pressure limit from the start, the WATERFLOOD and WATER_TO_GAS injectors get a pressure limit they do not reach, and WRAT ends at day 20, before its producer falls back to its pressure limit.
The water flood producer holds an oil rate until water breaks through, and the CO2 flood producer holds a gas rate while it lifts mobile water.

None of the cases are in the regression running in the master branch yet, so the PR is okay to go in by itself. |

Looks good to me and I'll merge into master.

Follow-up to #1621 for OPM/opm-simulators#7442.
The well model in that PR is at an early stage, so the cases should not be too hard to solve yet. The cells are small (1 m³ of pore volume each), and a well sitting on the boundary between a rate control and its bottom-hole pressure limit can switch back and forth within a time step. The first commit keeps the wells off a second limit:
The second commit adds two cases, so that the oil, water, gas and liquid rate controls of a producer are all covered:
SIMPLE_COMP_WATER_ORAT: the water flood producer holds an oil rate until water breaks through around day 75, when its bottom-hole pressure limit takes over;SIMPLE_COMP_WATER_GRAT: the CO2 flood producer holds a gas rate for all 50 days while it lifts mobile water. The simulator PR registers the two new cases next to the existing four. CI will generate their reference results.
