This commit creates a common template for the "New Ticket" button that is then called from "portal.portal_docs_entry" and "portal.portal_searchbar" only if we are in an helpdesk context That way, the button is added without breaking the existing design layout.
It should be infinitive.
That's way, the portal User can use the "New" button in the tile but also in the header if User choose to browse existing tickets Fixing Issue OCA#820
In `HelpdeskTicketController::create_new_ticket(**kw)`, externalize into a new method (`_get_create_new_ticket_values(**kw)`) the values passed for rendering `helpdesk_mgmt.portal_create_ticket`
Add copy=False to assigned_date and closed_date fields
