Forward-port of currency_rate_inverted from 14.0 (dropped from OCA after 14.0). Lets a currency rate be maintained using the inversion method. Framework migration only; the test is updated to pass context as keywords. Signed-off-by: Claude Perrin <klodr@users.noreply.github.com>
