First release.

A floating tag over the bots on the other team. The game already marks your own side out for you; this covers the ones you are up against.

• Coloured by the bot's team, in the game's own blue and gold
• Drawn in Stratum2, the game's UI font, unlit so it reads the same in any light
• Occluded by walls rather than drawn through them
• !botags reload for tuning colour and height without bouncing the server

Install: extract into addons/swiftlys2/plugins/, so you end up with addons/swiftlys2/plugins/BotTagsManager/BotTagsManager.dll. Restart, or sw plugins load BotTagsManager.

A commented config is written on first load to addons/swiftlys2/configs/plugins/BotTagsManager/BotTagsManager.jsonc.

Requires SwiftlyS2 1.4.5 or newer with the managed runtime enabled.
