Tested with the Configs file from Difficulty Immersion Quality Collection - Misc Files, which ships everything under a top level Script Extender folder. 59 files deployed to the right place and nothing in the log. Happy for it to go in. One for afterwards rather than a blocker: it only matches when the marker folder is the first thing in the archive, so CE Script Extender Config gets missed because the author zipped up their download folder and the Script Extender folder ends up one level down. Matching at any depth would catch mods like that.
