Alert user when chosen Rscript path doesn't match R from PATH environment #3

Description

@edmizac

Hi,

After my last issue, I have found problems with loading tidyverse and related packages with the SimpleR extension (NetLogo would freeze). This happened in all machines I reported in the last issue, with the exception of Machine 2, which had R 4.3.0 (the other two had earlier versions).

I uploaded my R to 4.3.1, setted up the SimpleR extension and, only after I redefined my environmental PATH to match 4.3.1 (it was matching 4.2.1) and restart my notebook, I was able to use tidyverse with SimpleR again.

Not sure if this should stay open, but it might help other folks.

Thanks,
