Resolved bug when used with FragPipe v24.0 on Linux where psms was a numpy.NDArray instead of a pandas dataframe, resulting in a crash at spectral library generation step during Basic Search.
I'm happy to add additional information as necessary, and make any other necessary updates if there would be a better way to fix this behavior.
