Revit DB Explore window is not opening when clicked

So it was working fine and then the window stopped opening, All I can see is the blank window appearing in the start bar but even that can not be opened.

And it is working fine on other versions but its not working on revit 2024

I got the same error for Revit 2026 in another pc (my work pc)

I got the same issue, I got it working when I open task manager go to DB Explore in task manager and maximize it when you right click on it.
