[ISSUE] Auto-Launch Global Settings

[NathanNeurotic]

Reported on Official, very likely inherited on RiptOPL:
ps2homebrew#1768

Not a “bug” as much as it’s just never checked.. code never checks source and uses CONFIG_GAME it’s hardcoded forced to CONFIG_OPL

@CosmicScale if you're up to it I think I fixed global settings for auto-launches on latest rolling.

If you give me the ELF, I'll give it a go.

I can't get auto-launch to work at all, I just get a black screen. I think it is because OPL is on APA and the game is on exFAT.

When launching the OPL GUI from APA it's also not possible to launch games from exFAT, as the APA partition is mounted to load the config.

I suggest looking at how the current official build handles loading configs and auto-launching from APA to exFAT and implementing it the same way. Both work in the official build.
