bot: the Marketplace feature card's background art - #42

GitHub composites the logo and the app's name over the background image, so the card that ships is texture and nothing else: the wordmark's globes cropped by the edges, real placeholder tokens at a whisper, and a quiet middle where the overlay lands. 965x482, the size the form asks for. The listing's "Logo and feature card" wants a background image, not a finished card: GitHub draws the logo circle and the app's name over it.
docs/img/feature-card.svg(1280x640) is a poster and collides with that overlay, so this addsdocs/img/feature-background.svg— 965x482, texture only, with the middle deliberately quiet. Also ignores
.polygo-launch-shots/, the scratch directory the launch images were staged in for uploading. This is what is now live on the listing.
