Summary
Adds separate hosted Windows CI checks for the MXC host probe, WebSocket agent, and OpenClaw forward examples on x64 and ARM64. The mock runs verify gateway, CLI, driver, and sandbox lifecycle wiring without requiring a real MXC backend, while keeping forwarding and enforcement outside the claimed coverage.
