Prototype cleanup

The is for cleaning up the prototype -- removing pages that are no longer needed, organising the index page, renaming some pages for clarity, etc.

@benjystanton @Anna-Sutton Could use both of your eyes on this -- I've cleaned up pages we don't need and then have done bit of a facelift to the index page to hopefully make it a bit easier to find things. Any thoughts welcome (and any missing descriptions that you want to fill in would be great!)

Hi @caitlinroach-nhs looks great generally, thanks for doing this! But it's difficult for me to take in all of the changes.

Are you able to give a video tour of the changes maybe and why certain things were removed please?

Also, I've updated the package lock to to follow the npm version in the package. Hopefully that works your end too.

Removals:

• Removed "lists" pages, as these are no longer in use
• Removed support interface, as this is no longer in use
• Removed support user preset, as this is no longer in use
• Resolved inconsistency in subheading text on reports
• Removed survey page, as it is no longer in use
• Renamed terms of use pages to be clearer
• Removed explorations page, as this never got used and was a remnant of a previous prototype reorganisation

Index page uplift

• Changed lists of links to use card components, with descriptions (Signed out interface, Main interface, Special circumstances, GP scenarios, Regions interface and messaging)
• Changed list of links for Warnings and errors to use tabs for categories and table layout to provide further info about what the individual errors or warnings are used for
