docs: update docs for PortRegistry simplification

Updates markdown documentation for ASLM to accurately reflect the changes introduced in the feat: simplify PortRegistry commit, moving from dual official/third-party port ranges to a single module start port.

Changes covered:

• Models: Updated AppData and AppPortConfig layout representations.
• Pages: Updated SettingsView and SetupWizardPage control descriptions.
• Services: Updated PortRegistry's new validation, allocation methods, and EnsurePortsAvailable. Changed SettingsService records to PortStart. Reflected new shared port pool logic in AslmApiServer and AslmModuleInteropServer. Added port ensure step in ModuleRunner.
• Tests: Mirrored method name and configuration changes in PortRegistryTests and SettingsServiceTests.
