docs: update documentation for module settings display fix

Update project documentation to reflect the recent changes related to module settings visibility.

Changes include:

1. Created ModuleDependencyService.md documentation.
2. Updated ModuleInstaller.md to reflect the removal of config.Status.Installed = true inside LoadModuleConfig.
3. Updated ModuleLaunchCoordinator.md to mention Installed being set in LaunchOrEnsureRunningCoreAsync.
4. Updated ModuleRunner.md to mention Installed being set in ExecuteFirstRunAsync.
5. Updated SettingsView.md to clarify that LoadModuleDraftsAsync filters modules.
