Prepare v0.1.2 with the integrated dependency cleanup and advisory CI policy. Stamp GitHub Release binaries with the exact tag so
agent-runtime versionreports the downloaded release instead ofdev. Refresh installation examples and the changelog.Validation: Go race tests, vet, staticcheck v0.7.0, every registered bounded fuzz target, and the complete cold-compile matrix passed. The release build command produced a binary reporting v0.1.2. Publication follows only after exact-main CI passes.
