Accept SSO session tokens, make the dispatch role optional for laptop runs, and keep dev resource ids in the gitignored .sde-aws.
Compare scraped_text when diffing a crawl against curated URLs, advance to Engineering in Progress once the crawler has the job, and record WorkflowHistory for transitions made via queryset .update().
