Privacy Model

Email addresses are encrypted with the agent's public key using eth-crypto before storage — the same privacy architecture Herald uses on Solana. Plaintext is only held in memory during delivery, then wiped immediately.

Running in Production

Deploy to Railway:

1. Connect this repo at railway.app
2. Set all environment variables
3. Start command: npm start
