…book admits vitest 5 @storybook/addon-vitest@10.6.0 declares peerOptional @vitest/browser-playwright ^4, so the vitest 5 half of the frontend-toolchain group fails ERESOLVE in every UI repo and the major PR can never go green (seed#2577, trellis#429, stem#1200). Minor and patch updates keep flowing. Closes #65
