Adds a custom Moonfin theme based on the Dracula color palette. Includes Dracula-styled backgrounds, surfaces, navigation, focus states, playback controls, Live TV guide elements, badges, status indicators, and media placeholders. Designed with Desktop/TV use and remote navigation in mind.
