[Feature] VS Code integration for IntelliSense, build tasks, and F5 debugging (#7)

Implements issue #7 by adding and wiring VS Code workspace configuration so the project works out-of-the-box in VS
Code/Cursor/Antigravity.

Changes included:

• Added .vscode/c_cpp_properties.json with updated include paths for project modules, src/**, vendor headers, and
  generated _deps headers.
• Added .vscode/tasks.json with a default build task that calls /scripts/build.bat (Windows) and /scripts/build.sh
  (Linux/macOS).
• Added .vscode/launch.json to run build/Debug/Voltray.exe on Windows (and build/Voltray on Linux/macOS), with
  preLaunchTask set for F5.
• Added .vscode/extensions.json recommending:
  • ms-vscode.cpptools
  • ms-vscode.cmake-tools
• Added scripts/build.bat and scripts/build.sh as VS Code task entry points.
• Updated .gitignore to commit the required .vscode files.

Verification:

• Confirmed build path used by launch config is produced: build/Debug/Voltray.exe.
• Ran a launch smoke test from build/Debug and confirmed process startup.
• Verified the F5 chain wiring: launch.json preLaunchTask matches tasks.json build task.
