Apply shared Section (When/How + clearer CTAs) to Settings, Retention, Integrations, and Cycles sticky-nav anchors; include Section chrome styles and Home page wrap so the shared component is on the branch. Co-authored-by: Damon <Modsofthenation@users.noreply.github.com>
