Add PageSectionsLayout and wire section jump links on Home, Person, Writing desk, Team performance, Consistency, Cycles, Roles, Sprint pulse, Promotion detail, and Settings. Co-authored-by: Damon van der linde <zord.lack.net@gmail.com>
