Re-capture all gallery PNGs against the seeded demo, add sprint pulse, and update the capture script to wipe/reseed plus create a promo packet. README screen copy covers Settings section nav, workspace erase, and manual desktop CI. Co-authored-by: Damon van der linde <zord.lack.net@gmail.com>
