Summary

P1 product slice: cost estimates before AI runs, retention/legal hold, mid-cycle manager reassignment, custom form templates, Linear integration, transcript file/dossier pick, deeper faithfulness/bias goldens, empty-workspace onboarding, phone table cards, and refreshed unlock/settings screenshots.

AI cost / token estimate

• POST /api/ai/estimate — approximate input tokens + max output + USD (Anthropic/OpenAI; Cursor/Ollama = tokens only)
• Writing desk digest / skip-level / peer synth / draft + Chat confirm before run

Retention & legal hold

• Settings → Retention & legal hold
• Policies: current+previous (default), current only, keep all
• Legal hold blocks purge; purge marks older closed cycles as purged

Mid-cycle manager change

• POST /api/cycles/:cycleId/participants/:personId/reassign-manager
• Supersedes prior manager reviews; seeds new draft; updates roster managerId
• UI on Person dossier

Custom template builder

• Tools → Templates: clone/edit pack JSON; stock pack from default_eng_template_pack.json
• Bundle export uses saved template fields/blocks

Integrations

• Linear as first-class provider (settings, test, user search, sync → achievements)
• Meet/Drive: local file pick + load transcript-like dossier documents into meeting summary

Faithfulness

• Expanded golden cases + bias.test.ts + aiEstimate.test.ts
