Director briefing, calib room pack, and upward share exports

Summary

Upward-sharing packs so directors get meeting-ready artifacts instead of raw JSON / the full workbench.

• Director briefing pack (GET /api/exports/director-briefing/:cycleId) — person or whole cycle: overall + comps, Δ vs prior, cited bullets, delivery rollup, promo signal, thin-evidence / open-concern flags. Strips private notes and em_only.
• Calibration room pack (GET /api/exports/calib-room/:cycleId) — printable distribution, outlier cards, decision sheet (alongside existing JSON round-trip).
• Promo committee export — existing promo HTML enriched with allowlisted cites + delivery themes.
• Needs director attention (GET /api/director-attention) — Home tray, flags only.
• Skip-level talking points (POST /api/ai/skip-level-talking-points) — Writing desk, forced [ach_…] cites.
• Encrypted read-only bundle (POST /api/exports/readonly-bundle) — passphrase-sealed .prm.enc for email handoff.
