Add Jira and Bitbucket integrations (settings, link, sync)

Summary

Adds first-class Jira Cloud and Bitbucket Cloud integrations for the solo EM workbench.

Settings → Integrations

• Enable each provider, store site/workspace + auth identity
• API token / app password encrypted with the workspace secret (same pattern as AI keys)
• Test connection + Sync all linked people

Person page

• Search remote users and link Jira account ID / Bitbucket UUID to a local person
• Sync linked accounts pulls:
  • Jira: issues assigned in the last ~180 days (summary, status, type, priority, project, resolved date, browse URL)
  • Bitbucket: merged PRs across workspace repos (title, repo, comments/tasks, merged date, HTML URL)
• Upserts into achievements with source_provider / external_id / external_url / metadata JSON so they stay citable on the writing desk and in AI digests

Verify

• pnpm test (includes mocked Jira/Bitbucket client tests)
• Configure real tokens in Settings, link a person, Sync

Notes / limits (MVP)

• Bitbucket sync walks up to ~25 repos × merged PRs for the linked author (caps apply)
• Jira uses Cloud REST search (Basic email+token)
• No webhooks yet — on-demand sync only
• Explicit Atlassian cloud egress when you sync
