The star history chart in the README is currently broken because the previous endpoint can no longer render due to GitHub stargazer API restrictions. Switch the chart to an alternative provider that works without an API token so the chart renders reliably again.

The star history chart in the README is currently broken and no longer renders correctly. This change points the chart at an alternative provider so it works reliably again without requiring an API token.
