This pull request updates the Mitii monorepo to version 2.9.51 and makes several improvements to build and typecheck scripts, as well as correcting workspace build commands. The main changes are version bumps across all packages, enhancements to the typecheck workflow to include additional packages, and fixes to VS Code and workspace build commands for consistency.
