Fixed the last remaining errors, updated dependencies, changed import path (added /v2 suffix), fixed composition builder, and re-generated examples.

The fields `defaultCompositeDeletePolicy` and `connectionSecretKeys` are marked as deprecated in Crossplane v2.1. Removed them from markers and instead added the `defaultCompositionUpdatePolicy` and `metadata` fields. Also removed usage of depracated ioutil package.
