Claude initialization that completes after 15 seconds was rejected by an adapter-local override, even though the pinned SDK permits a longer startup. Remove both overrides so Executor preparation and MCP startup use the SDK-owned default (60 seconds in SDK 0.3.269), preserving readiness, hook acknowledgement, required MCP admission and cleanup.
Validation: a regression runs the real pinned SDK and production bridge against a controlled native child that replies to initialize after 16 seconds. Both startup paths fail with the original 15-second overrides and pass with this change; it also verifies required MCP status before input release and native child cleanup. All 154 adapter tests pass, including the post-commit run; the relocatable runtime build/check and name, docs and CI hygiene checks pass.
This establishes the initialization-budget behavior. It does not establish the cause of the observed 103.7-second remote Claude preparation failure or prove that this change resolves it; fresh live acceptance remains required.
