Hosted Sandbox Manager now uses the ordinary paired console login and no longer offers a separate administrator-key form. The browser checks console capabilities before opening management; direct remote project connections remain outside deployment administration. Backend pairing and node installation are reused from #52.
Add Chinese/English for sandbox management, setup/enrollment, node health, diagnostics, placement and related navigation. Language follows the browser by default and an explicit selection is remembered. Preserve setup, installation, polling and cancellation behavior.
Validation: Web typecheck, 43 focused unit tests, 21 sandbox/setup browser cases, production build, and independent blind review passed. Live mx1 verification passed for both nodes, Chinese/English switching and persistence, signed-in enrollment, anonymous/cross-origin rejection, and no browser administrator bearer or credential storage. make checkpassed on the integrated candidate, including 117 browser cases. It used RUST_TEST_THREADS=1 for the existing descriptor-test concurrency issue. An initial attempt exposed an existing Pi-test dependency on unset PARSAR_HOME; the environment was corrected without product changes. Subsequent main-only merges contain independent Skill, branding and test-isolation changes; the reviewed feature diff is preserved.The integrated console/Web is deployed on mx1; Core and sandbox services were not restarted. Configuration-file/Web-settings follow-up remains outside this change.
