Drop rare Core installation modes

Summary

• The installer now only deploys Core, Web and PostgreSQL in containers. Native Core, core-only and web-only are gone, including mode, native_core, ports.database, web.core_url and oac apply --yes.
• A new installation always saves microsandbox at the Standard size. --sandbox, --e2b-*, --accept-docker-risks and --core-key-file are removed. Docker and E2B are chosen later in Web with Reset deployment.
• The release bundle no longer ships host Core binaries or the E2B helper. Dead model_provider_sessions.py is deleted. English and Chinese operator docs match.

• python3 scripts/core-distribution-manifest.test.py
• python3 scripts/install-release.test.py
• python3 scripts/config-reference.py --check
• make check-website (website dependencies are not installed in this worktree)
• Default install.sh on a Linux host: sign in, oac status, oac apply, oac rotate-core-key
• --ingress external install
