Isolate Node module locks and CI dependency consumers

Website dependency updates changed the shared root pnpm lock and triggered unrelated Harness, example, Web browser and three-platform native jobs. Give each Node module its own dependency lock and scope installations, tools, cache keys and CI selection to its actual consumers.

• Website and Claude SDK adapter are independent pnpm projects. Web, the example and their shared TypeScript client retain explicit workspace links with separate locks. The MiniMax companion keeps its npm lock outside the pnpm workspace.
• Move Playwright and Node type dependencies into their consuming modules; keep Web checks from typechecking unrelated projects. Update browser artifacts and native/release packaging entry points.
• Preserve all existing package versions, integrity metadata, snapshots and importer resolutions. Add planner regression coverage and document module installation and CI ownership.

Validation: CI selection/metrics/sharding tests (46), naming and documentation checks, actionlint and shell syntax passed. Website build and 13 tests; Web/client typechecks, unit tests and build; example typecheck, build and unit tests; both browser suites' discovery and a Web login browser smoke passed. Claude runtime build/export/startup and native hoisted frozen reinstallation passed. Isolated frozen-install probes for website, Claude, Web and example succeeded with every unrelated module lock deliberately invalidated. Independent review found no actionable issues.

Local limitation: Claude tests passed 169/170; the existing undecodable filename test fails on this macOS filesystem with EILSEQ. Linux/Windows native matrices and the full release gate are left to CI. This PR intentionally selects the full gate because it changes the planner and orchestration; subsequent module-only changes use scoped selection.
