- environments.md is the single Environment and Template contract: it absorbs environment-templates.md, template-null-selection.md and workspace-placement.md, drops dated evidence and history, and fixes stale claims (input returns 202; Environment reads return the installation arrays for both placements; Templates are Provider-neutral; MiniMax Plugin MCP supports HTTP; the capability root is chosen by the installer). - execution-tools.md is the tools contract: it absorbs structured-output.md, tool-search.md and tool-policy.md and states the HTTP MCP declaration rules. - model-execution.md owns Harness selection (from harness-selection.md), the native parameter table and the model protocol acceptance entry points; the retired converter records and the unimplemented model configuration design leave the repository. - harness-onboarding.md is the Runtime-Harness protocol: it gains the Executor and Turn lifetimes and the qualification checklist from harnesses.md. - harness-capabilities.md (new) is the one current operation x Harness x placement matrix, replacing harnesses.md and the three qualification records. - subagents.md keeps the contract, drops evidence batches and corrects the Claude and Codex profiles (no protected Bash, no packaged Codex hook). - user-managed-runtime-v1.md is deleted; its current rules live in environment-executor-credentials.md and environments.md. - Remove name-allowlist rules for deleted text and unwrap the generated Harness catalog prose.
Link-only edits in files other PRs own: deleted contracts now resolve to environments.md, execution-tools.md, model-execution.md, harness-onboarding.md and harness-capabilities.md, and the dated Subagent visibility anchor becomes subagents.md#subagent-visibility. The root READMEs link Harness capabilities for verified Runtime capabilities.
Name the Harness-model provider protocol file, describe E2B and microsandbox as the same Runtime and adapters, and fix a relabeled link sentence.

Execution rules were spread across overlapping Environment, Template, tool and Harness documents. Consolidate each subject under one contract, add a shared capability matrix, and remove superseded qualification narratives while retaining current adapter and security requirements.
Validation:
make check-names check-harness-catalog check-distributionpassed. Independent review completed; significant accuracy, isolation and ownership findings fixed. Small wording suggestions were deferred under the repository owner's review guidance. README layout is preserved; this changes documentation and its generator links only.Need help on this PR? Tag
