Preserves supported native provider failure categories from terminal Codex errors and correlated unsuccessful Claude SDK results, so Core root diagnostics can explain failures without exposing native error text. Optional fields remain compatible with older payloads, and cancellation or stronger Core failures retain precedence. MiniMax and unsupported categories remain generic.
Validation: complete Go race suites for protocol, Codex, Claude bridge and execution; 148 Claude adapter tests; 44 client diagnostics tests; focused actual PostgreSQL/API tests; sqlc/OpenAPI/docs freshness. Fresh independent review passed. Full repository server gate passed on the exact candidate (browser acceptance is separately owned by Web); both required CI workflows passed; real native/provider rejection acceptance is still required. No public or machine schema changes.
