The agents-api sessions job has been cancelled at its 10-minute limit on main since cc4acc1, and on #114, #115 and #118. It isn't hanging; it has outgrown the limit.

The last successful run spent 390 s in "Verify dedicated execution persistence", 42 s in the official-client check and 67 s in the container distribution check, plus about a minute of setup, for about 9.8 minutes in total. A recent run took 436 s + 60 s + 75 s and was cut off during the container step.

This raises the job's timeout-minutes from 10 to 20. The job isn't split and the tests are unchanged.

  • actionlint 1.7.12 (the version CI pins) reports no findings.
  • The local server gate doesn't run check-agents-api-container, so this PR's own sessions run is the acceptance check: it must pass through the container step.

The sessions job has been cancelled on main since cc4acc1 by its
10-minute timeout. It is not hanging; it outgrew the limit. The last
successful run spent about 390s in `make check-agents-api`, 42s in the
official client step, 67s in container distribution, plus roughly 60s
of setup (about 9.8 minutes total). A recent run took 436s + 60s + 75s
and was cut off during the last step. Raise the limit to 20 minutes.
