Adds tenant-owned Environment Templates and Session references for the supported basic hosted configuration. Callers can create, read, update, delete and paginate reusable name/network settings; Session creation freezes inherited or narrowed network policy through the existing initialization path. Updating or deleting a template preserves existing Sessions and creation retries.
Populated installation/confidential fields and restricted networking remain explicit gaps. Provider and harness code is unchanged; public templates do not select E2B images. Includes migration, generated contracts, tests and bounded coverage documentation.
Validation: server
make check, OpenAPI/sqlc generation, API/store race tests and real PostgreSQL checks passed. Fixed SDK/raw HTTP and actual E2B/model acceptance passed for Codex, Claude Code and MiniMax Code, including Files/Artifacts, cancellation, crash recovery and isolation. One initial Codex native temporary-file scan failure is retained and queued; an unchanged rerun passed. The unchanged optional packaged native probe was skipped; separate actual native acceptance passed.Request-schema defaults/nullability were additionally verified after generation, with contract/API tests and fixed-SDK/raw-HTTP CRUD against a standalone Core without an execution Provider. Fresh independent GPT-6 Astra high full-diff review found no actionable findings; reviewer separately passed focused API/store tests with real PostgreSQL.
