Problem

The Supported Execution Providers page links to eula-12Aug2025.pdf on docs.nvidia.com which returns a 404 error.

Fix

Replaced the broken direct PDF link with a link to the NVIDIA TensorRT-RTX documentation landing page, which is stable and points users to licensing details.

Files changed

  • docs/new-windows-ml/supported-execution-providers.md

The PDF link was returning 404. Updated to current URL.

Thanks for the fix proposal. During triage for ADO 61791056, we found the private windows-ai-docs-pr target already no longer uses the broken NVIDIA EULA PDF link; it links to the NVIDIA Software License Agreement page plus the CUDA EULA. ADO 61812724 also tracks the broader broken-link/content-accuracy issue, so I resolved 61791056 as a duplicate of 61812724.

Recommendation: close this PR rather than port it to windows-ai-docs-pr, because the proposed generic TensorRT-RTX landing-page link would be less specific than the current private docs link.
